At Luxor Fine Jewelry, every piece begins with a story — and for us, that story starts with Manuk and Talar Torossian, a husband-and-wife team whose passion for jewelry is matched only by their care for the people who wear it.
Manuk’s journey began at 15, apprenticing in the legendary Grand Bazaar of Istanbul, where he learned the art of diamond setting by hand. Driven by an obsession for quality and precision, he moved to New York City at 17, earned his GIA Gemologist certification, and quickly became a master jeweler trusted by high-profile designers. After meeting Talar in 1997, the pair settled in Atlanta, where Manuk introduced the region’s first invisible cutting machine — pushing innovation while staying rooted in tradition.
At Luxor, we do everything in-house — from casting metals and hand-setting diamonds to crafting custom designs and repairs. Manuk personally handpicks every diamond, ensuring each one meets the highest standards of brilliance, ethics, and beauty.
While Manuk worked behind the bench, Talar brought warmth and personality to the front. She’s often the first smile you’ll see when you walk through the door and the one who’ll remember your name, your story, and what you’re celebrating.
