Through telephone correspondence and several back and forths with many pictures, Manuk was able to customize a ring for me which he designed himself. I can't say enough about the customer service and wow did they deliver. The ring exceeded all my expectations. Having shopped around prior to working with Manuk I can confidently say that his prices are beyond reasonable. After showing several family members his work we feel like we have found our family jeweler for years to come.

We custom built the engagement ring, and Talar and Manuk made sure that I was well educated throughout our entire time working together. I came to Luxor in search of an engagement ring and could not be happier with the one I picked out. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and were incredibly knowledgeable. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and helped guide me in my search for the perfect diamond. The band and setting and all of the other specs of the ring were just as I had described.
