Can you use my original diamond or gemstones?

Yes, whenever possible. Most heirloom diamonds and gemstones can be carefully removed, evaluated, and reset into a new design. If a stone cannot be safely reused, we will explain why and guide you through the best alternative.

What if I don't know what I want it to look like?

That is completely normal. Most clients come in with only a sentimental piece, not a design. We guide you through ideas based on your style, lifestyle, and what you want to preserve, helping you shape a direction that feels right.

Can you redesign outdated or damaged items?

Yes. Many heirloom pieces we work on are outdated, worn, or no longer practical to wear. We can restore structure, modernize the design, and preserve meaningful elements while creating something new and wearable.

Will the new piece feel connected the original?

Yes. The goal of heirloom redesign is not to erase history, but to continue it. We preserve original stones and meaningful elements whenever possible so the new piece still carries the essence of the original.

How long does a heirloom redesign take?

Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design. After your consultation, we provide a clear timeframe so you know exactly what to expect from start to finish.

Is everything done in-house?

Yes. All redesign work is completed in our Atlanta studio by Manuk. From design to manufacturing to finishing, every step is handled in-house to ensure quality, precision, and consistency.

Do I need an appointment to begin the process?

Yes. We begin with a private consultation where we evaluate your piece, discuss ideas, and walk you through possible directions. This ensures your redesign is thoughtful, informed, and completely personalized.

Who actually makes my jewelry?

Each piece is designed by Manuk and brought to life in-house under his guidance, with all final stone setting and finishing touches completed personally by him to ensure exceptional precision, quality, and craftsmanship.

What if I'm not completely happy with my piece?

Custom-designed pieces are final sale and not eligible for return. However, your experience and satisfaction are extremely important to us. If any adjustments are needed, Manuk will work with you to refine or remake your piece until it feels exactly right.
