Rings
Visit Luxor Fine Jewelry or a local jeweler to find your size. For at home sizing, wrap a piece of string around the base of your finger. Mark where the ends meet and then measure the length with a ruler to find the circumference. See below for our ring sizing chart.

For custom made items, we recommend making an appointment or visiting a local jewelry store to find accurate sizing for the item to be made. Sizing
We offer sizing on gold, silver and platinum rings, necklaces, chains, bracelets and other fine jewelry items. As well as size-adjusting loops and clasps. For more information, visit us in store or email us at hello@luxorfine.com
Custom pieces can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks to complete. Items in stock will be processed & shipped in 5-6 days. Due to our insurance, we only ship with 2-day shipping.
Because we are a small-business, we are only conducting exchanges at this time. Email hello@luxorfine.com with your order information to move forward. Exchanges will only be accepted within 15 days of receiving orders.

Depends on the nature of the repair, but anywhere from same day to 4 weeks. The time frame extends especially if we are sourcing a stone or servicing a watch for you. But items like watch batteries, soldering, chain shortening, etc can be anywhere from same day to 7 days.
In store or in person, we are here to help you create something beautiful and meaningful. If you have extra metals or stones laying around, we take those into consideration as we can use those towards your new jewelry.
