Shipping & Costs

Complimentary insured shipping is offered on all orders of $2,500 and above.
For orders under $2,500, a flat $100 fee applies for insured UPS 2-day expedited delivery.

For your peace of mind, every Luxor shipment is fully insured and carefully handled from the moment it leaves our showroom.

We exclusively ship via UPS, chosen for their reliability, security, and consistent care in handling fine jewelry.

To maintain the highest level of security and timely delivery, all orders are shipped using 2-day delivery service.

Processing Time

Most orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–2 business days.

For custom or made-to-order pieces, please allow 25–45 business days for completion. These pieces are created with intention and craftsmanship, and we will keep you personally updated via email throughout the process.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

International Shipping

We are proud to offer international shipping, allowing clients around the world to experience Luxor Fine Jewelry.

Please note that international orders may be subject to additional delivery timeframes, as well as customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
