Because of the nature of fine jewelry, custom, made-to-order, and engraved pieces are final sale.

Eligible in-stock pieces may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

All exchanges must be coordinated with our team in advance so we can ensure a smooth and secure process.
