Eligible, unworn in-stock pieces may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or Luxor Fine Jewelry store credit. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with no signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use.

The following are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom and personalized jewelry
• Engraved pieces
• Resized or otherwise altered jewelry
• Special-order pieces
• Final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards

All returns are subject to inspection before an exchange or store credit is issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made with the order.
